And it was started because people was just walking up to houses and asking if you want to sell your property. And we thought that was an insult. People have to invite you in. And why are you pushing them to do this? And old people get nervous. And it was, this was a senior citizen community. They get nervous. So they was complaining a lot.

So we tried to keep them from having to complain. What we did was, you see some signs up, a three by two or two by three, on some places that says “Don't ask, Won't sell.” Okay. Now if you go down, I think it's Harrington Lane. There's one in there. And on North Harrington, all the way down almost to the end.

You see one up in the tree. And we have them on South End. We have one on South End on Demere Road across from Hazel's Cafe. Okay. And so a lot of people put them up. Well, you know, they had to use the scare tactic, and that was no signs were legal unless it's a real estate sign. Did you know that?

Well, no we didn't. And so people start talking to us and, you know, even some of our people, they wouldn't put the signs up because they thought they was going to jail. Well, but anyway, we survived, and we kept them up anyway. Nobody came in and arrest us, and nobody put us out. But it was a good thing. We thought that was a great start.
